Gary & Teresa's Wedding - Sat 2nd August 2008

I had the great privilege of  photographing the wedding of Gary and Teresa in beautiful Madang, Papua New Guinea, earlier this month. We had a wonderful time in the days leading up to the wedding with the Hen's Night and Groom's Golf. Gary and Teresa are gorgeous people and the wedding day was amazing, with family and friends coming from Australia and all over PNG to help celebrate the occasion. 

Teresa arrived at the ceremony, which was held at the Madang Memorial Lutheran Church, in a red Mustang. The church was so full that some guests and on-lookers watched the marriage of Gary and Teresa from outside. Celebrations continued in the Kalibobo Room at the Coastwatcher's Hotel for the reception.

I would like to thank Gary and Teresa along with your family and friends for making our stay so enjoyable and welcoming. I know you are all dying to see photos, so here is only a tiny sneak peak of your wedding day. There is lots and lots more to come .... I will keep you posted.

Introducing Chris Knoblauch & Sonia Sutcliffe!

We thought it was about time that we stop talking about ourselves and show ourselves. Now it is a rare event to get either one of us out from behind the camera, let alone together! Thanks to our good friend Rob Heyman, here we are ..... together ... such posers don't you think?!?!

We were recently married 6 months ago in February at an exclusive hinterland retreat in Noosa. A small gathering of 45 guests helped us celebrate amongst the white bali flags and tropical surroundings. The cocktail reception by the resort style pool kept the atmosphere relaxed and everyone danced the night away. We had a fabulous time and our guests did too as they are still asking for a wedding reunion ... and yes it will happen!

As photographers and newlyweds we are passionate about capturing the details, moments and essence of a couple's wedding day. If you are getting married, we would love nothing more than to chat about your wedding plans over coffee .... (and we make great coffee!)
